    Listening, learning, & laying the groundwork
    – Surveyed 120+ artists across disciplines
    – Mapped key challenges: fragmentation, tech barriers, visibility
    – Defined core problem + ecosystem architecture
    – Built the first demo prototype
    – Engaged early collaborators, advisors & supporters

  • MVP Launch (Year 1)
    Turning insights into action.
    – Build core team — developer, designer, community manager, advisors.
    – Finalise branding, design language & UI/UX.
    – Launch key features: Profiles, Projects, Artist Search.
    – Invite-only beta testing with 100 – 200 artists.
    – Refine platform based on real usage + feedback.
  • PHASE 2
  • Expansion & Growth (Year 2)
    Strengthening the ecosystem & stabilising
    – Expand across India into multi-disciplinary communities.
    – Add Forums, Resource Library, Event Hosting.
    – Introduce membership tiers for sustainability.
    – Partnerships with art institutions & organisations.
  • PHASE 3
  • Public Launch (Year 3)
    Opening the ecosystem to everyone & sustainability.
    – Full open access with moderation and verified profiles.
    – Activate sustainable revenue model (memberships, events, etc).
    – Advanced features: event ticketing, external collaborations, public discovery.
    – Ongoing improvements shaped by the community.
